Reporting a bug
These four things make a bug far quicker to fix:
- What you did, and what happened instead.
- Your device and iOS version (Settings → General → About).
- Your Bushel version, from the bottom of Settings.
- A screenshot, if there's anything to see.
Purchase problems
Include the User ID from Settings → Support — tapping it copies it to your clipboard. It contains nothing personal, and it lets me find your subscription without ever asking for your Apple Account details.
To manage or cancel: open the App Store, tap your profile, choose Subscriptions, then Bushel Pro. You keep Pro until the end of the paid period.
Quick answers
How do I add several items at once?
Type them separated by commas — e.g. “Milk, 2kg Rice 1.80, Bananas.” Bushel splits them into separate products and turns the numbers into quantity, unit and price tags.
Where do checked-off items go?
Into your Pantry. Open the Pantry tab and tap the cart icon to add a staple straight back to your list.
Can I change how the list looks?
Yes — Settings → Layout offers a compact list, card grid, aisle grouping, kanban and split view, each in three densities. Settings → Appearance covers themes, accent tints and dark backgrounds.
Do my lists sync between devices?
Turn on Settings → iCloud Sync. Your cart, pantry, categories and stores stay in sync across iPhone, iPad and Mac. Make sure you’re signed in to the same Apple Account on each device.
