Terms of Use

Bushel is licensed to you, not sold. You may use it on the devices associated with your Apple Account, in line with the App Store terms. You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app.

Bushel is free to use. Bushel Pro is available as a weekly, monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-off lifetime purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending. Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout and may vary by region.

Manage or cancel your subscription in the App Store under your Apple Account. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Bushel Pro supports Apple Family Sharing. When enabled, your purchase is available to the members of your family group, subject to Apple’s rules for the feature.

Purchases are handled entirely by Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple rather than from me — via reportaproblem.apple.com. I have no ability to issue a refund directly.

Your lists are stored on your device and, if you enable sync, in your own iCloud. You are responsible for your data and for keeping backups; the export options in Settings are there for that. See the privacy policy for details.

Bushel is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Features may be added, changed or removed over time, and material changes are noted in the release notes. To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any loss arising from use of the app.
